1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat) or 1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1/8 teaspoon curry powder (optional and can be omitted for lower carbs)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika or 1/8 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder or 1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon chopped green onion, for garnish

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
In a bowl, mix together the finely chopped onions, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), grated sharp cheddar cheese, and Tabasco sauce (and curry powder if using).
Spread the mixture into a lightly greased small baking dish.
Top with grated parmesan and sprinkle with paprika to taste. You can use ground ancho chile powder for a spicier kick if preferred.
Bake in the preheated 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until itโs bubbly and lightly browned on top.
Garnish with chopped green onions (scallions).
