Ingredient:

  • Avocado oil: 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp.
  • Chicken broth: 3/4 cup.
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Parsley: 2 tbsp.
  • Paprika: 1/2 tsp.
  • Boursin cheese: 5.2 oz.
  • Butter: 1 tbsp.
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp.
  • Chicken breast: 2.
  • Salt.

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chicken breast roughly in half to get four narrower pieces of chicken.
  2. Use a meat tenderizer, rolling pin, or crusher to pound them to an equal thickness.
  3. Coat the chicken with paprika, and then add the garlic powder and pepper on both sides.
  4. Fill a big pan with oil and butter, then switch the heat to the normal flame.
  5. When the chicken reaches 150 °F as well, add it and sear it for about five to six minutes on each side.
  6. Hold it out and place it on a platter to reserve.
  7. Add the onion in dice form to the identical empty pan and heat it for a few minutes, till it becomes soft and starts to caramelize slightly.
  8. Put the Boursin cheese and chicken broth in a bowl and stir.
  9. Stir while the sauce becomes silky.
  10. Give it a five-minute breather.
  11. Put the chicken back in the sauce, along with any leftover liquid from the dish.
  12. Simmer for one to two minutes, till the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 155 to 160 °F.
  13. Add a slice of parsley on top.

Boursin cheese can be swapped out for cream cheese. To make a herb cheese spread that tastes like Boursin, mix some cloves, herbs, and spices with the cream cheese mixture.
