The Keto Smash Burger bowls are a delicious recipe. Furthermore, the taste of the burger is spicy, and it is full of creaminess. Moreover, all the things you like about a burger, including the fries, are mixed into Smash Burger Bowls. A tasty and pleasing option for your typical burger in a bun, they are simple to prepare and take little time.

Keto Meal PlanSTEP-BY-STEP KETO DIET PLAN FOR BEGINNERS

Ingredients:

  • Onion powder: 1 tsp.
  • Avocado oil: 2 tsp.
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp.
  • Ground beef: 1 pound.
  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 tsp.
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp.
  • Avocado oil: 2 tsp.
  • Yellow onion: 1.

For the smash sauce:

  • Yellow mustard: 1 tsp.
  • Cajun seasoning: 1/4 tsp.
  • Mayo: 2 tbsp.
  • Greek yogurt: 2 tbsp.

For the bowl:

  • Red onion: 1/2 cup.
  • Cherry tomatoes: 1/2 cup.
  • Iceberg lettuce: 6 cups.

Instructions:

  1. After adding the fries to the air fryer basket or spreading them out evenly on a baking sheet, season them with salt, then bake or air fry.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half, then arrange them in an air fryer (or on a baking dish) in a uniform layer.
  3. Place in the air fryer and cook, shaking the pan halfway through, at 400 °F for a total of fifteen minutes.
  4. If using an oven, bake them for twenty to twenty-five minutes at 400 °F, or till they are crisp and golden brown.
  5. While the potatoes are boiling, to make the beef blend, heat a large pan over a high flame and add the oil.
  6. Add the chopped yellow onion and simmer for a few minutes after it’s heated.
  7. Stir in the ingredients and the meat or turkey. Breaking it into the spoon.
  8. Mix the yogurt, Cajun spice, mustard, ketchup, and mayo.
    Use one or two tablespoons of the jar’s dill pickle liquid to thin the mixture.
  9. Use salt to season to taste.
  10. You occasionally add up to ¼ cup of pickle juice since we prefer the sauce to be both acidic and drizzleable.
  11. To suit your tastes, adjust the sauce.
  12. Place fries or potatoes in each serving bowl, and then place the cooked meat on top.
  13. Add the preferred toppings to each bowl. We enjoy our iceberg lettuce with pickles, chopped tomatoes, red onion, and a generous amount of smash sauce.
  14. Savor it while it’s still warm.

Notes:

As instructed in the recipe, soaking your fries in warm water with salt is the best method to get them nice and crispy. Although it requires an extra step, it is well worth it.

Instead of cutting them into wedges, you may cut them into sticks if you want them extra crispy.

Storage information:

You can store these burger bowls in a cold place for up to four days. They, including the fries, may be put away in a cool place (freezer) for up to 6 months.
