Ingredients:

3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (16 ounce) container full-fat sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 (1 oz) package dry ranch seasoning mix (look for one with no added sugar)
4 strips cooked and crispy bacon (crumbled)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (choose full-fat cheese)
2 lb bag of cauliflower tots (a low-carb alternative to tater tots)

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set it aside.
