Coconut Pecan Fudge Fat Bombs

INGREDIENTS

  • Cream Cheese – 4 oz – at room temperature
  • Butter – 1/4 cup – at room temperature
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 3 tablespoons
  • Erythritol – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Pecans – 1/4 cup – chopped
  • Coconut Flakes – for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add cream cheese.
  2. Add butter.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add unsweetened cocoa powder.
  5. Add erythritol.
  6. Add vanilla extract.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add pecans.
  9. Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs.
  10. Coat in shredded coconut. You can refrigerate them for about 10 minutes, if they are too soft to handle.
    Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.
