Ingredients:

240g (2 cups) Almond Flour
120g (1/2 cup) Greek Yogurt (full-fat, unsweetened)
60ml (1/4 cup) Water
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
50g (1/4 cup) Melted Butter
A pinch of Chopped Parsley

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Greek yogurt, water, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the ingredients form a dough.
  • Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape them into balls. Allow the dough balls to rest for 20 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. You may lightly grease the pan with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
  • Roll out each dough ball into a bun shape and place it in the hot skillet.
  • Cook the buns for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. You may need to cover the pan to ensure they cook evenly.
  • While the buns are cooking, mix the melted butter with chopped parsley to create a flavorful spread.
  • Once the buns are done, remove them from the pan, and while they are still hot, brush each bun with the parsley-infused melted butter.
  • Allow the buns to cool slightly before serving.
