Instructions:

  1. Toast the Pecans: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the pecan halves for a few minutes until they become fragrant and lightly browned. Remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
  2. Prepare a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the toasted pecans in clusters, leaving some space between them.

  5. Pour Over Pecans: Carefully drizzle the caramel mixture over the pecan clusters on the baking sheet. Allow it to cool and harden for about 30 minutes.
  6. Serve: Once the pralines have fully cooled and hardened, peel them off the parchment paper and serve.
