Ingredients:

6-8 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crispy
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened (full-fat)
1 cup of mayonnaise (full-fat)
4-6 jalapeños, chopped and de-seeded (adjust to your spice preference)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (full-fat)
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (full-fat)
1/4 cup diced green onion

Topping:

1 cup of crushed pork rinds (or crushed almond flour crackers for a lower-carb option)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick of butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced green onion, and crispy diced bacon. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof dish. The size of the dish will depend on how thick you want the dip. A shallower dish will cook faster.

In a separate bowl, combine the topping ingredients: crushed pork rinds (or crushed almond flour crackers for a lower-carb option), grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Mix until it forms a crumbly texture.

Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.

Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving.
