  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free thousand island dressing

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  2. Add the finely minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the special sauce until well combined.
  4. To assemble the Keto Big Mac Salad, divide the chopped iceberg lettuce among four serving bowls.
  5. Top each bowl with an equal portion of the seasoned ground beef.
