  • ½ cup powdered erythritol
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:
