Keto Cheese Chips

I make these cheese chips every week. Swiss is my favorite but really, any cheese slices will work (or if you’re really ambitious, cut your own cheese squares 😃).
Quarter the cheese slices and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning (or your choice) and bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes before you try to eat..um, I mean remove, them from the sheet onto a paper towel. I store them in a plastic bag but I don’t know how long that they’re good for….they never last long!
PS- don’t worry if they melt and touch, they snap apart perfectly like saltine crackers.
