Ingredients:
For the Cheese Shells:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Shrimp Filling:
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cilantro Lime Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
For the Cheese Shells:
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 4 mounds of the cheese mixture on it, evenly spaced.
- Flatten and shape each mound into a circle to form the taco shells.
