Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 egg roll wrappers (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:
