  • 2 cans of refrigerated Keto-friendly Crescent Roll Dough (look for low-carb versions)
  • 21 oz Sugar-Free Cherry Pie Filling (sweetened with a keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 cup Powdered Erythritol or a keto-friendly powdered sweetener
  • 1-2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk or Heavy Cream (to make the glaze)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin pan by spraying it with cooking spray or using silicone muffin liners to prevent sticking.
  3. Unroll and separate the keto-friendly crescent roll dough.
  4. Line each muffin cup with one triangle of dough, pressing it to form the bottom and sides. Leave an overhang for sealing later.
  5. Spoon a tablespoon of sugar-free cherry pie filling into each dough-lined cup.
  6. Seal the pie bites by folding the two shorter ends of the dough together at the top and pulling the longer end over those.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes or until the bites are lightly browned.

  9. In a bowl, whisk together the powdered erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener with 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk or heavy cream until you have a smooth glaze.
  10. Once the pie bites have cooled, transfer them to a wire rack and drizzle the glaze mixture over the top.
