  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, blanched
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
