Ingredients:
- 2 cans of keto-friendly cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans of chicken broth (15 oz each)
- 1 stick of unsalted butter or margarine
- 1 lb chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
- 1 package of keto-friendly egg noodles (24 oz) (see notes for recommendations)
Instructions:
- In your crockpot, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
- Pour the keto-friendly cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Add the stick of unsalted butter on top of the soup and broth.
- Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 6-7 hours.
- Once the cooking time is up, remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Add the keto-friendly egg noodles to the crockpot. Stir well.
- Continue to cook for an additional 2 hours on low heat, stirring every 30 minutes until the noodles are tender.
