  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (check for low-carb or turkey pepperoni)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9×9-inch baking dish, spread the cooked chicken evenly as the first layer.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and spread it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
