- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener of your choice
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the melted unsalted butter, eggs, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl: erythritol and ground cinnamon.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter. Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
