The simplest way to enjoy a Clubhouse Sandwich without consuming all the carbohydrates is with this Keto Club Sandwich. In essence, the Sandwich doesn’t have any bread. Instead, it is prepared lettuce wrap-style, with lettuce leaves used in place of bread between the layers.

LOW CARB CHICKEN CLUB SANDWICH METHOD

Cooking the bacon and rewarming the prepared chicken are the first steps in preparing this Keto & Low Carb Chicken Club Sandwich. After that, slice the six huge lettuce leaves into roughly square shapes. On a plate, arrange 2 lettuce leaves and cover them with 1/2 the mayonnaise.

The ham, chicken, and cheese are then placed on top. Add two more lettuce leaves on top of the meat, then cover them with the remaining half of the mayonnaise.

On top of that, scatter the bacon and tomato slices. Place four toothpicks or skewers in the middle of each of the four corners before covering with the final two lettuce slices. Corner to corner, cut the sandwich into 4 pieces.
