  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional for texture)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for cooking


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum (if using).
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped cilantro (if desired) to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and Greek yogurt together until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  6. Place a dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a round naan shape, about 1/8-inch thick.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
  8. Carefully transfer the rolled-out naan bread to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden brown and puffs up slightly.
  9. Repeat the process for the remaining dough portions, adding more butter as needed.
  10. Serve your keto naan bread warm and enjoy!
