  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 lb (225g) ground pork
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

For the Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until the cheese has melted.
  2. Add the almond flour and egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and form a dough.
  3. Place the dough on a parchment paper-lined surface and knead it until it becomes smooth and pliable.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  9. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  10. Place the potstickers in the skillet in a single layer, leaving space between each dumpling.
  11. Cook the potstickers for 2-3 minutes or until the bottoms become golden brown.
  12. Carefully pour 1/4 cup of water into the skillet, cover it with a lid, and let the potstickers steam for an additional 5 minutes or until the filling is cooked through.
  13. Remove the lid and continue cooking the potstickers for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp up the bottoms.
  14. Once done, transfer the Keto Potstickers to a plate and repeat the cooking process with the remaining potstickers.
  15. For the dipping sauce, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix well.
  16. Optional: Garnish the dipping sauce with sliced green onions for added freshness.
