HOMEMADE BBQ SAUCE:

- 170 grams paste of tomatoes.
- Stevia or liquid monk fruit sweetener 1 tsp.

- A cup of water.

INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR PREPARATIONS:
- Take a slow cooker and add Onion, chicken broth, and garlic cloves in it.
- Take chicken breasts and dry them with the kitchen towel.
- Combine all the spices listed above to make the spice mix in a little bowl.
- After drying the chicken breasts, cover both sides of each breast with the spice mix.
- Now place the seasoned chicken breast over the onion in the slow cooker.
- Don’t place the chicken pieces over one another.
COOKING:
- Place the cover lid of the slow cooker and wait for the chicken to tender on high flame for 4 or 6 hours.
- If you want to cook on low flame then it will take about 8 or 10 hours.
- We have to wait until chicken breasts are tender and can easily shred them with a fork.
PROCESSING THE ONION AND THE CHICKEN BREASTS:
- Take the pieces of chicken breasts and onions out from the cooker and set them aside on a plate to cool down.
- Meanwhile, discard the liquid that was used in cooking and clean the slow cooker.
- Take a cutting board and first dice the tender onion and transfer it back to the cooker.
- Now Shred all the pieces of chicken breast one by one using a pair of forks. Add it back to the cooker.
- Now add the prepared BBQ sauce over the pulled chicken and diced onion. Mix to combine well.
- Close the lid and cook on high flame till all three items are warm enough to get a uniform taste

If you use liquid sweetener, it will be easy to mix in sauces otherwise you can take any sweetener and add it according to your taste.
