- 1 large egg

Filling Ingredients:
- Unsweetened peanut butter softened ยฝ cup/110 g/3.9 oz
- Liquid allulose or keto pancake syrup ยผ cup
- Heavy whipping cream 4 TBS
- Chopped salty peanuts ยฝ cup/50 g/1.76 oz
Ganache Topping:
- Dark chocolate keto-friendly 50g/1.76 oz
- Heavy whipping cream ยฝ cup/110 ml
- Allulose sweetener 1 TBS (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Grease a deep 21 cm x 21 cm/ 8 inch x 8 inch baking pan or layer it with parchment paper.
- For the brownie base, combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan, and bake at 180 C/ for 15 minutes
- In a mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter, liquid sweetener, and heavy whipping cream until smooth.
- When the brownie base cooled, spread the peanut butter filling evenly on top.
- Evenly distribute chopped peanuts on top of the filling.
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate with heavy whipping cream, and whisk until the ganache is silky and smooth.
- Pour the ganache topping over your brownies.
- Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 min.
