  • ¼ cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon granulated erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast (for keto)
  • Sesame seeds for topping (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and erythritol until well combined.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the dough and knead it in until fully incorporated.
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
