¼ cup Tamari Sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
¼ teaspoon White Pepper ground
½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 teaspoons Ginger grated
1 Bird’s Eye Chili finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic sliced
2 pkts Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles rinsed and drained
2 Scallion sliced
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted


In a small bowl, add the tamari, maple syrup, sriracha, pepper, and xanthan gum. Whisk well and set aside to thicken.
Place a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the sesame oil, ginger, chili and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes then add the noodles.
Saute for 2-3 minutes, then add the sauce.
Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until it is steaming hot and the sauce has completely coated the noodles.
Stir through the scallions and serve topped with sesame seeds.
