This strawberry banana smoothie is made from four simple ingredients – strawberries, banana, milk and yogurt.

- 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 banana, quartered and frozen
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- Greek yogurt is nice and thick, but you could use regular yogurt in this recipe as well.
- The Vitamix blender I use it the Vitamix Ascent 3500 – and I love it!
- I also recommend these stainless steel straws and glass straws instead of plastic straws.
