STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE
This strawberry banana smoothie is made from four simple ingredients – strawberries, banana, milk and yogurt.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups fresh strawberrieshalved
  • 2 bananaquartered and frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

TIPS

  • Greek yogurt is nice and thick, but you could use regular yogurt in this recipe as well.
  • The Vitamix blender I use it the Vitamix Ascent 3500 – and I love it!
  • I also recommend these stainless steel straws and glass straws instead of plastic straws.
