- 16ย ozย shredded crab meat or surimi
- ยฝย medium bell pepperย chopped
- 1-2ย T.ย lemon juice
- 2ย T.ย finely minced onion
- ยฝย tsp.ย Old Bay Seasoning
- 2ย T.ย Mayonnaise
- 4ย T.ย Greek yogurtย (full fat)
- 1/8ย tsp.ย salt or to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium mixing bowl stir all ingredients together.
- Garnish as desired with avocado, celery sticks, cucumber slices, etc.
