Ingredients:

1 head broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise (use full-fat mayonnaise)
1 cup sour cream (use full-fat sour cream)
1/2 cup granulated erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled (ensure it’s sugar-free)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (full-fat)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli and cauliflower.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, granulated erythritol (or keto sweetener), and salt to make a creamy dressing.

Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower mixture and stir to evenly coat the vegetables.

Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded Cheddar cheese, reserving a small amount of each to sprinkle on top of the salad just before serving.

Refrigerate the salad for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, sprinkle the reserved bacon and cheese on top.
