- Cream Cheese – 4 oz – at room temperature
- Butter – 1/4 cup – at room temperature
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 3 tablespoons
- Erythritol – 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
- Pecans – 1/4 cup – chopped
- Coconut Flakes – for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Add cream cheese.
- Add butter.
- Mix well.
- Add unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Add erythritol.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Mix well.
- Add pecans.
- Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs.
- Coat in shredded coconut. You can refrigerate them for about 10 minutes, if they are too soft to handle.
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.
