- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Instructions:
