Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
