Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon or ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh spinach or kale
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a muffin tin or line it with silicone muffin cups.
