- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ยผ cup / 59 mL olive oil
- 7 large eggs
- 2 tsp black olives, chopped
- 2 tsp dried rosemary

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder and garlic salt. Stir until fully incorporated.

Add olive oil and 2 eggs. Stir to incorporate. Add remaining eggs and olives. Stir to incorporate. The dough will be sticky.

Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish with cooking oil.

Pour dough into baking dish. Distribute evenly and sprinkle dried rosemary on top.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the baking dish. Remove, slice and enjoy!
