I make these cheese chips every week. Swiss is my favorite but really, any cheese slices will work (or if youβre really ambitious, cut your own cheese squaresΒ ).
Quarter the cheese slices and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning (or your choice) and bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes before you try to eat..um, I mean remove, them from the sheet onto a paper towel. I store them in a plastic bag but I donβt know how long that theyβre good forβ¦.they never last long!
PS- donβt worry if they melt and touch, they snap apart perfectly like saltine crackers.
