  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Garlic Butter Topping:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and stir.
