- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional for texture)
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, for cooking
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum (if using).
- Add the minced garlic and chopped cilantro (if desired) to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and Greek yogurt together until smooth.

- Repeat the process for the remaining dough portions, adding more butter as needed.
