  • 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
